New jacket
New sweatpants
New sleeping pants (Santa went crazy with the pants theme this year!)
A super cool GPS system (we tested it on Wal-Mart and coming back home already!)
Orcs and Elves DS game
I am American and so can You by Stephen ColberT (mwa ha ha - Yes, I got him a book!)
Wii Zapper gun with Link shootey game
Mario Super Strikers Wii game (also went a little crazy with video games)
Pirates of the Caribbean 3 DVD and a PotC game

Puppy got:
A new squeeky ball toy
A car harness restraint system so that when we take him in the car he doesn't go flying when we hit the brakes. Pat laughs when Puppy goes flying. Pat is mean.
A stocking filled with toys he will immediately chew up.
A really cool dog bed to keep him warm when he sleeps! This is an indoor toy as the second he gets bored outside he'll chew it into little bits and he'll be pooping fluff for a month. He's done it twice already.


Pat made fudge and cookies. All Simpson recipes! Cookies are gone. Fudge will be gone soon! Turkey breast is in the oven. We'll be making having mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, turkey breast, and rolls for lunch/dinner soon!

This is our first year married celebrating Christmas at home. Steven is playing Camelot. It's like the good old days.

itunes sucketh

I went to go buy Beth a gift certificate to itunes, since she said she downloads a ton of music for her ipod.

Only....they don't have electronic gift certificates, only cards that ship. And 3 of the 4 links I clicked on wanted me to download itunes to buy it.

So....Beth isn't getting a gift certificate to itunes....annnnnnnd, Apple sucks.

Christmas Weekend!

Beth just left. We went to Lancaster and Palmdale yesterday. It was fun to go shopping, the mall wasn't near as crazy as it was the first weekend of December when we went with Tawnia. I found that odd.

We got to eat at Fazzoli's! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!! Breadsticks!!
Then we went to Costco and got vanilla yogurt. Pat ruined his with berries. Yech!

We got a present for Jojo and Tawnia yesterday. We knew what we wanted to get Tawnia all along, but we jut kept putting off picking it up! We weren't sure about Jojo, but we got her something cool!

Now, I'm off to Wal-Mart again (already went there this morning with Beth), because one of Pat's presents isn't going to make it until after Christmas, so that will be his birthday present.

Beth got a Price is Right game for Pat, we played it. It was awesome!!! We also got to watch Amazing Race with Beth. Poor Beth watching stuff with us. =( We analyze and talk over the show!

My Sis

Beth is driving up to visit us tonight. YAY!

Let me tell you about my sis. She's been the one person in my family (followed very closely by Mom) who's gone out of her way to stick by me and to be close to me.

I am fiercely loyal to my sis, and I adore her with every ounce of my heart.

Pat made her cookies. The secret ingredient was butterscotch.

Stupid Old Navy Commercials

More often then not I hate old navy commercial music. But this one caught my attention, and the actual acoustic sound of the song is better then the jazzed up version on tv.

BCS Stuffs

Congrats to Hawaii! GO WARRIORS GO!

But in BCS news, Pat found this story:

Most overrated game: BCS national championship game, Ohio State vs. LSU. Look, I can't get excited about a team that lost to two average SEC teams -- one at home -- and a coach who says his team is undefeated in "regulation."

That's like me saying I should've been valedictorian in college, but apparently, they count calculus, physics, economics and sports journalism classes. Then there's Ohio State. What do we know about the Bucks? They lost one game in regulation.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Oki, pretty weak this year. Hawaii is the ONLY undefeated team. They were screwed. LSU somehow jumped from 7, to 2, without playing a single game. Talk about crazy.

USC and LSU are both the same losing records and one is #2 and one is #7. Again, ha ha ha ha!

Anyway. My Aztecs aren't in it yet again this year. Bring on the Rose Bowl Parade, and then BRING ON BASKETBALL BABY!!
